Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. As each piece is handmade, slight variations and minor imperfections may occur and are not considered defects.

To request a return, please contact us at info@oola.lt. Please include proof of purchase when requesting a return. Once your return is approved, the item should be sent back within the 14-day period at your own expense.

After the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed (excluding original shipping costs). Depending on your payment method, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please check your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions
Returns are not accepted for sale items or gift cards.
